This year at our library's reading program theme is all about bugs, so they are having all sorts of activities centered around that. We try to go to the library each week, and the kids are really improving in their reading skills. Fortunately we go with other families so we can manage the little ones. In fact I really don't go anywhere alone. It is too risky. Who wants to drag 4 kids to the bathroom?

Funny, our library story hour is on bugs this month too! In fact, the first week, the older kids seperated from the younger ones, so I was not supervising. Savannah came back to the preschool section to show me what they learned...they gave the kids cooked mealworms dipped in cheddar powder and told them they could eat them!! Savannah did it, but Quinn, the brains of the two, stuck to gummy worms!
