The U.S.S. Constitution

Having family in town is always a reason to get out and see the town. The USS Constitution is a great place for kids. It is the oldest ship in use, otherwise known as Old Iron Sides. The museum was awesome, and the tour of the ship is pretty amazing.

This is one enormous anchor.

Guess who's 5!

Brooke is as full of life as ever! She is still our loving, capable, independent, happy girl. She keeps us hoppin!

Its always fun at the beach. Right?

I am not a fan of cold weather, to say the least, but the kids still had a great time running around the beach. The fun was eventually cut short due to the cold and wind, but the kids made the most of it. I think I wimped out first, but newly potty trained 2 year-olds also had something to do with it.

The Big Apple Circus

After attempting to get 1/2 price tickets for the 1pm show, we ended up with tickets for 6:30. So after a long afternoon downtown, we hurried back for The Big Apple Circus. Neither Moss or I had ever been to a circus before, and I not sure this one was typical.

The cotton candy and popcorn was probably the kids favorite part of the whole circus, but the performers were amazing! I am not really sure how one gets her body to bend that way, but it was truly unbelievable. The kids had a great time.

Spring Break Downtown Boston

We headed downtown on the train, which is of course way more fun than driving yourself and going crazy trying to find parking for a giant 12 passenger van! Who knew that parking garages were so discriminating against tall vehicles?

Lillian and Aleia are at a great age and are capable enough now to run around with the rest of us. We all adore them and they get a lot of lovin' from their siblings. I am always a little sad when they turn 3.
