So we had the Aleia and Lillian blessed in church about 4 weeks ago, but given the chaos of the day not a single picture was taken. Very sad, but the reality of six small kids. So after church today we tortured the kids with numerous attempts at getting a picture that we liked. Lets just say there are few things more painful. The kids did their best, but we were all tired.

Jacob is seriously a trooper. He really does love his sisters and has a good time with them. He is definitely "well-rounded" between pokemon and high school musical.

Who wouldn't want 5 girls if they could be as adorable as this group?!?

OK. So there is some craziness to having six young children under the same roof, but we are having a good time. This picture says a lot.

Early 90's are back

I had a flashback to High School when I had finished dressing Lillian in her hot pink "adidas" shirt and big white bow. Remember when having your brand advertised across your clothes was soooo important!

These adorable dresses were made for us by one one of Moss' friends from his Home ward. We absolutely love them. There is just something about having the girls dressed alike. So until they protest...

Everyday Life- True or False

Moss comes home every night and holds the babies while I get dinner on the table.

Brooke spends her days being peaceful and calm, just hanging around with Mattie.

Anna is a great babysitter, and cannot stand to hear the babies cry it out.

Mary and Brooke are perfect playmates who have no trouble comprimising on how to do things.

How to Do It

The inevitable question whenever someone finds out I have 6 children is, "How do you do it?" This is going to be my answer... "I just sit down a lot."

Mary's First Track Meet

It is amazing to go to these track meets and see her all decked out in her "uniform". It brings back a lot of memories for me. Of course the morning was cold and rainy, but we were not deterred! Moss had a big test, so I loaded up all 6 of the kiddos and off we went. Fortunately the kids were well behaved, and there were friends there to help out. It was fun and exhausting!

Easter Basket Scavenger Hunt

This year the Easter Bunny decided to change things up a little bit. The kids had to follow the clues to find their baskets. Needless to say it made the baskets even more exciting. Somehow, the stores confused Easter baskets with Christmas presents.... but our Easter bunny did not fall for that!

The Coloring of the Eggs

I have to admit that this is not one of my favorite traditions, but we had a good time. Somehow the risk of dye being dumped all over stresses me out. Fortunately the kids were careful and no major incidents occured.
